We have extended our original remote monitoring packages and added many additional benefits that we believe provide a more rounded support offering. All of our pc support packages come with the essentials of remote monitoring, Anti Virus and Cloud Backup to give you complete peace of mind.

Help Desk Services

Next, choose the type and level of Help Desk Services required:


Break/Fix is the traditional approach to Help Desk Services, something breaks, you call us and we fix it (ideally). You pay us for the work we do at an hourly rate.

Break/Fix Rate (normal working hours) = £50 per hour.
Break/Fix Rate (out of hours) = £75 per hour.

Block Time

Block Time is the same principle as Break/Fix, except you purchase time in advance each month, you cannot carry any unused time over, but you are free to purchase different amounts each month. Block time attracts a 20% discount, with a minimum purchase of two hours per month.

Block Time Rate (normal working hours) = £40 per hour (20% discount).

Per User – Unlimited

If you would prefer a fixed rate Help Desk subscription, we can provide you with a per user unlimited support package which includes telephone and email support 24×7. Pricing is dependant on the number of users and your specific IT Situation, call us for detials.

Unlimited Per User Support = From £50 per user – call for details.

Automated 24×7 Remote Monitoring

Our automated monitoring tool gives us complete visibility into your PC or laptop so that we can pro-actively monitor workstation security, hardware and disk performance, applications and bespoke software. We are alerted to any unusual activity or defined performance threshold breach and can act on it immediately.

The remote monitoring service includes:

Patch Management

Our Security Patch Management service is for Microsoft Windows, Office packages and other applications. Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash Player, Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird and Java are all supported.

Managed Antivirus

Our Managed Antivirus solution allows us to monitor, manage, report and automatically fix virus threats by quickly and easily deploying an antivirus agent on your workstations. You never need to worry about your Antivirus software being out of date again.

Asset Management

With our IT Asset & Inventory management tools we can perform automatic scans of your network. Fully integrated with our Remote Management Dashboard, we view detailed information about your software and hardware assets from one single interface, and provide you with detailed Asset Inventory Reports.

Remote Access

Our ‘Take Control’ feature allows one-click remote support for servers, workstations and laptops. Accessed through the dashboard, we can perform both attended and unattended work on servers and workstations from any internet connected computer.

Systems Reporting

Our Remote Management Reporting tools produce professional, graphical reports that can spot trends in system performance. These reports can be used to demonstrate the need for upgrades or replacements, or simply to demonstrate the work we have carried out on your behalf.

Cloud Storage Account

All of our computer support packages come with a free 7GB SkyDrive Storage account. This allows you to store files in the cloud and share them with others. Your files will be accessible on any Internet enabled computer. Learn more about SkyDrive.

Managed Online Backup
